  • It depends on your needs. I draw from nervous system-informed practices, trauma-sensitive breathwork, and mindfulness-based tools. This is not intense or forced breathing — it's gentle, adaptive, and personalized.

  • That’s okay. You’ll be held with care, not rushed or judged. We go at your pace, and I’ll guide you through grounding tools if things feel intense.
