The Grounded Life Framework

A four-phase path for women who are ready to stop living for everyone else and start building a life that feels genuinely theirs.

This is not a quick fix. It is the process of learning how to come back to yourself — slowly, honestly, and in ways that last.

Phase 1: Clear the Ground

We start with the body. You learn to calm your nervous system, listen to what it is telling you, and create enough space for deeper change to become possible.

Phase 2: Find the Roots

Uncover

We look underneath. You uncover the beliefs and patterns that have been quietly shaping your life — and begin to understand where they came from and how they still show up today.

Phase 3: Tend the Roots

Embody

We make it real. You begin living what you know through boundaries, self-compassion, authentic expression, and choices that reflect who you actually are.

Phase 4: Let It Grow

Sustain

We build something lasting. You create the practices and self-trust that allow this work to hold — even when life gets hard.

This is what lasting change looks like. Not becoming someone new. Coming home to who you already are — and learning how to stay connected to her.

I'm Ruth Hirshberg — a registered social worker with more than 15 years of experience supporting women, a certified breathwork and meditation teacher, and the founder of Grounding with Ruth.
