In this one-on-one space, we combine guided breathwork, nervous system tools, and simple meditation practices to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re looking for stress relief, emotional regulation, better sleep, or a moment of peace in your week, this time is for you.
You don’t need to have experience with meditation or breathwork. You just need to show up as you are — I’ll take care of the rest.

After Your Session

A guided practice (audio or handout) to support integration
If you’re working with me through a package, you’ll also get optional check-ins or a brief follow-up call

While I have a background in social work, these sessions are not clinical therapy. They are coaching-style sessions that blend somatic tools, guided breath, and mindfulness practices. Many clients find them deeply therapeutic — but they’re not a substitute for mental health treatment.

It depends on your needs. I draw from nervous system-informed practices, trauma-sensitive breathwork, and mindfulness-based tools. This is not intense or forced breathing — it's gentle, adaptive, and personalized.
